First floor – Spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cookware, as well as new appliances, a stove, and a refrigerator.

Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), 1 bathroom, and a large outdoor veranda.

Second floor – Two bedrooms, both with double beds. Bathroom with toilet. Large veranda with a view of the sea.
The house is equipped with new air conditioners in all rooms, a new washing machine, smart TVs in all rooms, Wi-Fi with a speed of 200 Mbps, an iron, a hair dryer, (a baby crib can be provided if needed).

Parking spaces are available around the house.

Excellent location, just 400 meters from the beach.
